Founder
Tariq has been a resident in Bali for 10 years. He retired from his headhunt agency, which was one of the most active and successful in London at the age of 32. Bringing his talents in leadership, flair for generating business and his ability to build rapport continually has made his decade in Bali a successful one. Since he arrived Tariq has immersed himself in Indonesian law and construction, building secure relationships with regional suppliers, local landowners, builders, design and legal teams. His sole focus is creating first-class projects with the best quality materials and luxury design. Tariq operates from a place of love when developing homes and making decisions, therefore his attention to detail drives a top-level finish that is now recognised in Bali. He has proven the model of Park Lane Development by generating market leading rentals and ROI.
Anthony McCourt
Founder
Property developer Anthony McCourt is behind some of the most high profile developments in the UK. He founded and was CEO of one of the UK’s largest and prolific residential homes developers, having built over 4,000 homes across England in the last decade and raised investment globally for real estate transactions from across the world, particularly in China, USA and Nordic countries.
Anthony is listed in Business Insider as one of the UK’s top 50 real estate leaders and was made a Dr. (Hons) in real estate in 2022 for his outstanding contribution to the industry from a leading UK university.
Anthony works with some of the world’s largest real estate funds and family offices and is a passionate advocate on the investment proposition that Bali, Indonesia offers.

Jason is a luxury travel expert with over 20 years experience, who has successfully built a brand and reputation as @thebossofbali, amassing a social media audience of more than 2 million followers. During the last 10 years as a luxury travel expert with Australia’s largest online luxury travel agency, Jason has generated over 200,000 room nights per year for luxury hotels in Bali. To Park Lane Development, Jason brings extensive experience in the ultra-luxury hospitality and travel sector, along with a network of high-net worth individuals and celebrity clientele. His marketing strategy and outreach will firmly position the Park Lane projects among Bali’s most prestigious, high-end property developments.
